Introduction
Suspension Self-Cleaning Overband Magnet RCYD Series is composed of high-performance permanent magnetic core, iron discharging belt, reducer motor, frame, roll, etc, which can be combined with conveyers to remove 0.1~35kg iron from non-magnetic materials automatically.
Suspension Self-Cleaning Overband Magnet usually suspend on the onveyor or over the head pulley.
Suspension Overband Magnets for Conveyor Belt can protect downstream important and in most cases very expensive equipments from being potentially damaged by tramp metal.
Application
Wide applications in mining, coal/power generation plant and also in chemical/ food/plastic/ ceramics industries and quarry site.
Feature
1. The separator is made of Permanent magnetic plate, 8mm Belt , Motor, Iron frame.2. The permanent magnetic plate is belong to the magnetic system which can absorb the iron from the raw material. The 8mm belt and Motor are belong to the iron-cleaning system which will clean the iron automatically.
